Specify temp upload folder in web.config

I'd like to specify the temp upload folder in the web.config, this used to work in previouse versions:

<add key="Telerik.RadUpload.TempFolder" value="value"/>


This doesn't seem to work with Prometheus. Is there a way to do this?
