[Solved] Sliding pane and sliding pane position

When I was designing a Splitter, is there a way for me to design my sliding pane as shown in the picture?

Already figured out the sliding pane title position by using CSS class .rspPaneTabContainer.

Working on the pane body now.

Couldn't figure out the body part, is there anyone could help?
