Creating a custom skin is outside of the scope of our support system and we do not offer such services (creating skins according to a provided design or requirement). We offer 18 built-in skins that you can use directly. If none of them match your needs we have prepared a tutorial on how to create a custom skin by basing it on an existing one: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/slider-appearance-custom-skin.html. We also offer a tool called Visual Style Builder: http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/. Its purpose is to ease the modification of skins and the creation of new ones. Please note that it is still in beta stage.
