Hi,
Since Q3`11 all existing skins, except Default, are moved to a separate skins assembly. This new assembly is not automatically added to the Bin folder of your project, so you should manually add the Telerik.Web.UI.Skins.dll assembly in the Bin folder and reference it. Additionally, you may need to build your VisualStudio project and restart it to reflect the changes. However, since Q1`12 this assembly is added automatically to the Bin folder, so you can upgrade to this version to avoid adding it manually. Additional information on this matter can be found here.
Greetings,
Milena
