Downloaded the skins. It displays few .jpg files inside the skin folder. Not allowing to choose from skin property of controls.

Hi,
This skin is considered as a custom skin since it is not a part of the Telerik.Web.UI.dll. Therefore, you can only manually add it to your controls declaration after registering it on the page and disabling the built-in skins for the controls you are going to use it for:
