I have an application that uses v[2008 02]. Does this version's Rad ComboBox have capacity to utilize custom skins?

Hello Thomas,
Yes, as previously outlined, RadComboBox in Q2 2008 supports custom skins. The custom skin tutorials in the documentation are targeted mainly on 2008 year releases.
