Skin Issue

I have an application that I am working on where I am using the Sunset skin.  Everything works find when running the site but when in the development environment I get this error for all the rad controls that reference the sunset skin



I am using VS 2013 and telerik controls version 2013.3.1114.40.  I have the reference to Telrik.Web.UI.Skins in the project.

Hello Frank,

I tried using the Sunset skin on my end and nothing unexpected occurred. Please get back to me with further details about:

• Is this problem reproducible if the Sunset is changed to the Default skin or any other one?
• What exactly is the thrown error?
• Could you verify that the correct Telerik.Web.UI.Skins library is inserted (The version should be the same)?
• Could you verify if CDN support is enabled for either live page or development?
• Can this problem be isolated in a simple project?

Any additional information will be helpful for me to investigate the problem.

After I rebooted the pc the skins are no longer an issue.
