Hi,

Is there any way to edit cell on double click in grid. Whole row should'nt be in edit mode. Only cell should be in edit mode on which i am clicking. Also i don't want to display traditional Edit/Update/Cancel column in grid.

i am comparing RadGrid features with Intersoft WebGrid and i am stuck on this feature whether RadGrid support this or not.

Regards
Devanand Jha

Hello Devanand,

There is no inbuilt functioanlity as such but you can use custom logic to implement cell editing in your grid. Check out the application that I have submitted whihc illustrtaes on cell editing in the following link. This should probably get you started.

Thanks

Hello.

Do you plan to implement a feature that allows to do cell editing like shown in your example. The example works fine, but if we want to do this in many forms for many cells, we have to manage a lot of code.

Thanks for you reply

Hello Augusto,

Currently we don't have plans to implement this functionality, but I passed your request to our developers for future consideration.

Let me know if you need more information.

Kind regards,
Daniel
