[Solved] ShowMoreResultsBox/Virtual Scrolling with LINQ and EF

Hi folks,

Does anyone have an example of using the ShowMoreResultsBox with the ItemsRequested event in an Entity Framework + LINQ scenario?

This page shows what I want:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/combo_loadondemandshowmoreresultsbox.html

but it uses a DataTable and offsets instead of LINQ syntax.
