Showing paragraph styles on a Wiki Page

Is it possible to show a list of paragraph styles rather than only font.

Or is that not possible in the Lite edition?

... or I could just copy the toolname from ToolsFile.xml to ListToolsFile.xml and reset IIS

so if I add the line

<tool name="FormatBlock" />

it does what I need
