[Solved] Show SmartTag grayed out

I'm trying to set the properties for a radeditor control, but when I right click to select Show SmartTag it's grayed out.  Any ideas?

Using VS2008 Team Developer on Vista Ultimate x64 SP 1.

Hi Mike,

Could you please check whether the Telerik.Web.Design.dll is registered in the GAC?
Please, also specify whether you use the latest official Q2 2009 SP1 v.2009.2 826 version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX or some internal build?
Is you site running on a network drive?
