are there any known issues with the Radgrid (ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2010 version) in IE8 compatibility mode in SharePoint 2010?
We sometimes encountered layout issues the the column width and the filters are rendered to the bottom of the filter row

Hello Michael,
There are no known layout/appearance issues with RadGrid for ASP.NET AJAX in Sharepoint 2010.
In case your filter icons are dropped on a new line due to the column widths and the size of the filter boxes, you can configure them to avoid the effect by setting the FilterControlWidth property of the columns (see this demo) or managing the widths of the filter controls programmatically as illustrated here.
