I saw in my account today that user's permissions in Telerik licenses can be setup such that the support tickets can be shared.
I didn't find anywhere how to share the tickets though.
Is there a knowledge base article regarding this?

Hello Pratik,
Generally speaking, the procedure is quite simple (you only need to set if the licensed developers can share / see shared tickets) in the account settings, so we did not create such article. However, currently there is a problem with this functionality and our web team is working on it. We will do our best to enable it again as soon as possible.
Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. Your points have been updated.

Hello Eric,
It will work from the beginning of the next month (at the end of the next week). The problem happened to be quite complex and involved changing some of the core logic, so it took us more time than we expected.

Is this issue resolved yet. We would like to see the tickets opened by all of the licenced users at one place. Thois critical to our function as we have multiple people working with this tool and they are globally located.

Hello Gatha,
Yes, this was resolved last year. I checked your account and I see that the license holder (who has submitted these tickets) does not have "Can share tickets" enabled in his license. Once he does that, you and all licensed developers for this license will be able to see these tickets.
If you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket as we may have to share information that is considered private.
