A possible reason could be a corruption of the msi file during download, which could be solved by redownloading it.
If that is not the case, could you start the installation with logging enabled and send us the log file.
Here are the steps:
- open a Command Prompt;
- navigate to the Telerik.Web.UI_2010_2_929_Dev installer directory;
- execute the following command msiexec /i Telerik.Web.UI_2010_2_929_Dev.msi /limev Telerik.Web.UI.Installer.log
- proceed with the installation and wait until it finishes.
You can then open a formal support ticket and send us the produced Telerik.Web.UI.Installer.log
