I'm not sure how to do this.

I tried
<style type="text/css" >
        .trtxt
        {
             HoveredStyle-Font-Bold: true;

    </style>

<telerik:RadTextBox ID="rtxtCity" runat="server" MaxLength="25" CssClass="trtxt"   >
                        </telerik:RadTextBox>

but the effect did not work.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Try the following css.

ASPX:
<telerik:RadTextBox ID="txt1" runat="server" CssClass="trtxt" Text="aaaa"></telerik:RadTextBox>

CSS:
<style type="text/css">
    .trtxt:hover
    {
        font-weight:bold !important;
    }
</style>

Thanks.
