Hello Simon,
Could you please elaborate which product do you mean?
In the meantime, try the following:
1) open www.telerik.com
2) choose the desired product from the Products dropdown
3) click Download

That is all well and good thank you. Will this just upgrade my company's version from 2009 Q1 to 2009 Q3 ?

Hello Simon,
The installer won't upgrade your current version automatically. We recommend you first remove the Q1 2009 installation and then to install the latest version. Afterwards, go to Visual Studio, open your project and select Telerik >> RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX >> Upgrade Wizard to upgrade the project.

I have done what you have suggested with the link you supplied in the post before. The issue I have now is I have a nag bar asking me to purchase a developer licence. Something that the company has already paid for. I have to admit. I am only relaying messages and do not really know.

Hi Simon,
Did you get that message in the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Upgrade Wizard? That could mean that your account might have not been assigned a developer license by the purchase owner. Please, ask the person in your company who is responsible for that to add your Telerik account as a developer license.
Kind regards,

Hi Erjan,
Thanks for your reply. When I ran the upgrade. I got upgrade to Telerik 2009 (Trial) then the upgrade was successful. I then went to the site. Then every now and then I get the nag bar. If this is still the case of account association I will have to get hold of my employer to do the necessary.

Hi Simon,
I just checked your account and found that there is no dev license assigned. Please, ask the owner of the license to assign one through his/her account.
