the Server Template option in the examples provided for TabStrip do not fill in any of the tab views - instead put in a message that it was blocked by enhanced security
the machine I am working on is a Windows 10 from bought this summer (version 1703?)

Thank you for reporting this IIS server configuration issue. It is not related to the Telerik controls, but to that the page is loaded in an iframe and the IIS has enabled content security policy: frame ancestors 'self' - https://www.screencast.com/t/oW0ko82QY. I updated the demo and not it works properly.
As a small note of gratitude for your report I've updated your Telerik points.
