I ran into an issue and as i am unable to find any post relating to it , i am pasting the image here. This issue is caused when typing some text inside radEditor and clicking through mouse after deleting the test. Note: The radEditor is inside the radWindow. Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Thiyagu,
The following table shows Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) properties and corresponding values that, if set, cause an element to have layout.
If at least one of the above properties is set the HTML element will have a layout and to edit it you should double click on it and the resize handlers along with a border will appear. The hasLayout is an IE feature, not supported by the other browsers. You can find more information about this browser functionality in the following MSDN article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms533776%28VS.85%29.aspx.
The only possible way to stop the hasLyaout feature is to make sure that none of the above CSS properties are applied to the HTML elements in the content area.
