Hi,

Having a small issue here.
I have the Rotator control set up to run off a dynamically updated XML file - the screen refreshing every 3 minutes. The problem is that I have the scrolling going downwards (at the clients' request), and the new items on the list appear at the foot of the screen, vanishing off the bottom almost instantly.

Is there any way for the scrolling to begin with the first item maybe halfway up the page, so that it has the bottom half of the screen to scroll down before vanishing off the end?

Hi Mark,

The same question was asked by your colleague James Blair (Company: Napier University) and I have already answered it in his support ticket. For your convenience I pasted the main part of my answer:

"I am not quite sure that I understood your requirements, but I suppose that you need to initially hide all items and then begin showing them from the top of the page. If this is your requirement you can set the InitialItemIndex="-1" in order to achieve the desired result. In case that ......"

I hope this helps.

Sincerely yours,
