hi there, is that possible to display full 24hrs (remove option to display anything else) and display with the default start position to 8:00am? (the auto scroll to 8am)

Thank you for this question. Please, see this new kb article.

Your other requirements can be achieved by setting ShowFullTime="true" and ShowFooter="false" for RadScheduler.

find one problem here with the KB article's workaround...
when the window is not maximaized the page's scroll bar will change not only the scheduler.
any suggestion?

Hello James Shelton Agar,

This feature will be built-in and available by default in RadScheduler with the forthcoming Service Pack 1 which is due to the end of the month.
