Hi

Attached files present the issue. Some appointments are drawn wrong width of 0% in month view.
Is this a known issue ? Is there a solution for it ?

Thanks,
Michał

Hi Michał,

This is indeed very strange. Can you please clarify the exact version of the controls that you are using? Can you reproduce the issue in our online demos? If not, it would be very useful if you could provide some code or direction how to replicate the issue so we could test it locally.

Greetings,

Hi again.

It took me a bit long but I'm back with more details.

To make sure it's not a configuration issue I've disabled all templates in scheduler and also all custom code I've used.
I discovered that width of an appointment wrapping td element depends on its duration (at least in month view). Appointments with duration of 0 to 29 minutes are drawn as in attached files. This is a bug as these are drawn properly in other views.
Appointment should appear as full day if its duration is short or zero, or with some minimum width witch will make appointment usable.

Tested using newest version of Telerik controls.

Thanks,
Michał

Hi Michał,
We have replied in your support ticket concerning this question, but here are our findings for community reference:
I have tested the scenario in question, but did not manage to reproduce the described behavior. Take a look at the following link: RadScheduler: MonthView short appointments visualization, to see how appointments are visualized in MonthView when the duration is shorter than 30 minutes.

All the best,

I know it this thread is old, but I am experiencing the same issue where the duration of my appointment is impacting the width of the appointment on the month view of the RadScheduler. I was wondering if there was ever a resolution presented in the support ticket that could be shared with the community.

I'm using Q3 2012 (2012.3.1016.35).

Thanks,
Casey

Hi Casey,

I have inspected the issue but it seems that we could not ever reproduce it at all. Would you please share the code that we need to use in order to observe it and be able to help?

All the best,
