The demo actually has the following little note, please make sure you are following these steps for Outlook 2003:
"Notice to Outlook 2003 users:
Instead of just opening the file, you need to choose File -> Import and Export -> Import an iCalendar or vCalendar File.
Otherwise only the first appointment will be imported. "

Hi Schlurk ,
I didnt understand , can u explain clearly, what i did is like this-
While clicking on the export button it will create a RadSchedulerExport.ics , click on the file and just save and close it,

and one more thing while exporting a single record i;m getting an error like this :
Error parsing near 'BEGIN:VCALENDAR

For Outlook 2003 you have to open the file in a different way than what you do for Outlook 2007.

You have to open Outlook 2003, then choose File > Import and Export > Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file. This should allow you to properly view all of your appointments.

As for your error, does it occur every time you Export a single item? Also, what is the full error message?
