Hi all

A strange one.

When I click anything on the scheduler a 2nd time I get this error. The first click is fine and works but the second clicks fails everytime.

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden

Any ideas?

Hi Jonathan Levy,

Can you reproduce the problem in any of the online examples?

What are the steps that you take?

Hi Veselin

I haven't tried the examples as this was working when it was a seperate project hosted in an iframe. Since I've moved it to a usercontrol within a masterpage the problems have started. I think I've implemented the RadAjaxManagerProxy to help with some problems but it's not fully loading the scheduler which I think is the root of all the problems.

The error occurs whenever I click a button or link in the scheduler. It goes stright to a 403. I suspect there is a problem with the AjaxManager as it's not handling the events via Ajax.

Cheers
Jon

Hi Jonathan Levy,

Could you please open a support ticket and send us a runnable subset of your project? We need to reproduce that 404 error at our side so we can troubleshoot it. Thanks.

I'm getting the same issue after updating my assemblies to the 2009 version.  Was there a solution?

I have experienced a similar problem. I have used a Scheduler inside of a webcontrol for a project. When I click on certain parts of the control it sends me to pages that do not exist.

Ex.
if im on: http://localhost/Folder/page.aspx

it sends me to : http://localhost/Folder/#

Hi,

This was a known issue which should be addressed by the Q1 2009 SP1 build (the assembly version is 2009.1.402). I suggest upgrading.

I upgraded to 2009 SP1 build (theassembly version is 2009.1.402) as suggested. I am still having issues. When i click on the footer to show 24hour/ work day view it adds text above the calendar

EX. 22542|updatePanel|ctl00_DefaultContent_ctlCalendarControl_ctl00_DefaultContent_ctlCalendarControl_ctlCalendarPanel|

If i click a second time on the button it gives an Sys.InvalidOperationException: Could not find UpdatePanel with ID 'CTL00_DefaultControl_ctlCalendarControl_ctlCalendarPanel'. If it is being updated dynamically then it must be instde another UpdatePanel.

Also click on the arrows on events that stretch across multiple dates still sends me to a page that doesnt exist.

I am experiencing the same problem, only my scheduler control is in a SharePoint web part.

My subscription ran out last fall and I don't want to pay for an upgrade just to resolve this issue. Do I haven any other options to resolve this problem?

Thanks.

The website will not allow me to submit a support ticket, it says my subscription package has expired. How else can I get a copy of the dev version?

Thanks.

Peter,

Thank you for the updated build. I spoke to my boss, and we will be upgrading our subscription should this resolve my issue.

Thanks.

Peter,

Thanks again for the updated build. I have implemented the new DLL and it did not resolve my issue. I started another post detailing my problem here: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/scheduler/4-3-problem-in-web-part-using-object-data-source.aspx

Thanks.
