Hi,
You can add custom style to specific time slots and disable them as suggested in this kb article:
http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/aspnet-ajax/scheduler/setting-special-days-or-time-slots-in-radscheduler.aspx
I hope this is helpful.
Greetings,

Thank you and I will try it. I hope there is no performance issue when we have 270 timeslots on the page (10 minutes per timeslot, 8 AM to 5 PM per day. 5 days a week. 6 x 9 x 5 = 270 timeslots).

Hello wilson,
The more time slots you have the larger the html footprint will be. But still, I suggest you review the general top performance tips:http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/resources/top-performance.aspx
You can also consider Web Service binding which provides significant performance improvement for some cases and the Optimized Queries approach.
Kind regards,
Peter
