Safari/Chrome Grid Slider Missing!

The slider is missing from my grid on Safari and Chrome, but is fine in both FF and IE.

See the screenshots for more information.

Using version: ASP.NET AJAX - Q1 2011

I also found that post yesterday. However the solution did not work for me.

In the linked thread the slider is in the wrong position, my slider is not showing up at all.
