I have find some UI bug with resizing tooltip Width of Last RadGrid Column: If your Grid is placed closed by end of window, and you try resize last right column of right site, then tooltip (that tell you the width of the column ) a hidden by window . See example in url :

Hi Lambros,
Indeed, this glitch exists, however, I am glad to inform you that it has been fixed and changes will take effect in the coming Q2 2009 SP1 release. I am afraid no good workaround exists, so please consider upgrading once the new version is available.
