Sometimes in IE (8, 9) I can't resize my window using left or right border (trying to dragging).
But it's possible to do it using a corner of the window. After that the first way starts to work.
I'm using telerik 2010.1.415.20.
What's wrong?

Hello,
This is the first time we have such a report and I am not sure what may be causing this behavior. Is it possible that for some reason the machine's performance is bad and it simply does not change the mouse cursor? Also, which is the version of the RadControls that you are using? I tested the latest version and things seem to be working fine on my end, so does upgrading to it resolve the situation?. Can you reproduce this behavior with our online demos (e.g. this one) and if so - post the steps needed it so we can investigate this case further?
