1.How can we resize the columns in week and month views according to the length of the appointment subject ?
I am using a Appointment template but the content of the Appointment gets hidden if the subject is longer.
I tried setting the columnWidth but it resizes all the columns, which is not desirable.
2) Also how to get year view and WorkWeek view ?

Hello SK,
1) RadScheduler does not support automatic resizing of columns and is designed to work with equal widths for all columns.
2) There is no Year View for RadScheduler. You can make the WeekView behave like a WorkWeek view by setting LastDayOfWeek="Friday" to RadScheduler.
