Reset the Wizard

is there a way after the user clicks the final button that all the information
in the wizard is set back to the default of nothing answered.

Hello Troy,

Our RadWizard Overview demo demonstrates very similar functionality but not with the Final button, but with the "New Registration" button. For your scenario you can use the RadWizard final button click event handler and reload the page as shown in the demo.
