I want RAD Editor control to format the text but in Read only mode.
For example I have a text in a RAD Editor. I don't want to edit that text but I want it to highlight it with the back color control or something else.

Please take a look at the following forum thread. There you can find the solution how to enable a toolbar button in Preview mode: Enable ToolBar Button in preview mode. You can enable the ForeColor and BackColor tools for example.
