Is there a way to use the RAD editor inside the Content Editor Web Part editor? Like this:
1. Add a Content Editor Web Part to a page
2. Click modify web part from menu
3. Click the "Rich Text Editor..." pushbutton
A window opens with the stock Rich Text Editor. The RAD editor features have been activated for this site.

The RadEditor for MOSS features a web part component. See the following page from the MOSS editor documentation for more details - http://www.telerik.com/help/radeditormoss/?Using%20the%20RadEditor%20WebPart.html
Unfortunately, we cannot replace the default web part editor, because the rich text editor button is available only in Internet Explorer.
