Hello,
Is it always the case please ?
I store Reminders to my database and i could then access data from my Master Page if needed ; so, is it a way to process the alert from my MP ?

This is still not supported. If you want to you can log this as a feature request in our public feedback portal, where other people can vote for it in order to increase its implementation priority:
