If you look at the screenshot I provided, there is a toolbar with a house, export and import.

If I select a type of bulletin board, must show a button after the house.

My problem is this. The DropDownList is in a RadAjaxPanel and ToolBar is a external. I can not use this example because RadAjaxManager content-year white space is dynamic. The toolbar is always present in any important case.

How do I select if "Important messages", my toolbar is refreshed as if I did not RadAjaxPanel everything works.

Hello Claude,

I'm not completely sure if I correctly understand your problem and the requirements you have. If you need to update controls outside the RadAjaxPanel with Ajax you should use RadAjaxManager control instead of RadAjaxPanel. The RadAjaxPanel is a lightweight control that lets you update a part of your web page with AJAX while keeping the rest of the page working with postbacks.
Could you please elaborate a bit more what exactly do you mean by "I can not use this example because RadAjaxManager content-year white space is dynamic".
Some more information on your application and the exact functionality you need to achieve will help us provide more to-the-point solution.

All the best,
