We have created one aspx page that uses radgrid and works perfectly , but when we try to put it into crm 4.0 as a custom page
we get this java script error:
Line 18420 object required when we try to move from one option to another
Has anyone had this problem ?

Hello Alex,
Officially we do not support CRM 4.0 and it is extremely difficult to say based on the information provided what exactly the problem might be.
