We are using 2009.2.701.35 version. Whenever we click Reload button of a RadWindow located at top right corner, following javascript error is raised.
Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'Telerik' is undefined
It will be raised for number of Telerik controls created on the page.

I guess the error message indicates that there is a Web Resource related issue. Please refer the following documentation links. I hope this will help you.
