Radwindow does not show properly

Hello Telerik Team,

We are facing issue with radwindow that when we show the data in radwindow its does not showup properly.

I have attached the screenshot. If we cant fix it we will have to switch to normal window popup. We are using RAD window all over in the site and its happening only at one of the place.

We have more then 20 labels and literals and one datagrid to show the data.

check the screenshot it will be lots more easier to understand by that.

Hi Hardik,

I don't recall seeing this problem before, but it seems that you are using a modal RadWindow, is this so? If the window is modal, does the problem go away if you set Modal=false?
If this problem happens only when:

1. RadWindow is modal
2. IE is used

Then the reason might be in the video card's drivers. We are using CSS filters for achieving the modality feature in IE and these filters are DirectX. It is possible that PCs with old video cards / old DirectX version might experience such problem. If this is your case, try upgrading your DirectX version and check the application from other PCs as well.

If this is not the case, please open a support ticket and send us a sample project where the problem can be reproduced so we can investigate further.
