RadUpload sometimes not working

Hello,

I have a problem with RadUpload, In around 10 % cases it doesn't work: window "upload in progress" shows up but afterwards window with confirmation that the file has been uploaded doesn't show up and I don't receieve information on email that that file has been uploaded as I should receive, and the interesting thing is that the file actually gets uploaded on the server.
