RadTreeView column causes other columns shift down

I have a hiperlink and RadTree View Control inside the GridTemplate Column. I also have three GridBound Columns and one

GridClientSelectColumn

 

in the Same Grid.

Whenever I expand the TreeView(wich is below the hiperlink) all the other three Bound Columns and the GridClientSelectColumn  shifts down to the first node of the TreeView. Is there any way to stop the movement of the  BoundColumn whenever I expand the TreeView. I mean that I need to maintain the other three bound columns and the gridclientselectcolumn at the same vertical level of the hiperlink(which is above the radtreeview).

Ivan, have you tried setting the vertical alignment of the content in the column cells? If I remember well, the Telerik grid columns have ItemStyle/VerticalAlign property which serves for this purpose.

Yes, I have tried that alternative setting the "Top" value but it does not solve the issue.
