Hello Telerik Team,
to use RadToolTipManager. It display tooltip works fine. but not show small arrow pointing. I set  ShowCallout="true" in below code:
<telerik:RadToolTipManager runat="server" ID="RadToolTipManager1" Skin="Default" ShowCallout="true"
          Position="BottomRight" OffsetX="16" OffsetY="16" EnableShadow="false" Width="195" Height="135" />

It also not show UpdateProgress imag as Demo showing as attached image. We use telerik 2012.3... version dll. I use the same styles file as demo used
what should I do it can display as demo shows that small arrow pointer and updateProgree image(see attached screen)

Thanks.

Hello Lili,

What I see in the two attached screenshots are tooltips with correct callouts and the demo itself works fine for me.
Note that the spinning progress indicator is shown while the control waits for the server response, and on localhost environments this delay is negligible, so you will hardly see it during testing. You can add a call to System.Threading.Thread.Sleep() in the AjaxUpdate handler to simulate a network delay to a deployed server.
As to the callout on your end - you need to make sure the size is properly set, if it is insufficient it is likely that the callout is present but is crushed above/below the rest of the content as it was stretched by the browser.
If you can't resolve this with I would advise posting the entire page that shows the problem so I can take a look at the actual case instead of try to guess.
