Hi Deepak,
This message indicates that there is a server error during the AJAX request the tooltip manager invokes, and thus its origin is most likely related to the custom code you have written to handle the AjaxRequest event or any event from the grid that you are using. What I can advise is that you place a breakpoint in your server code and step through it to find the problem in order to fix it.
