Hi Jeff,
You will need to download a new trial and once you get the new assemblies from your account you can upgrade your project with them because the older ones do not contain the RadTileList control:

The upcoming Q3 2013 BETA Release will also bring a lot of features in the control, so I suggest you stay tuned and download that as well. It should be live by the end of the week.
