I have a radtextbox whose width is 200px and a radbutton ,and an radwindow popup opens on that button but at that time the text in radtextbox hides , i dont want this to happen

From the provided information it would be hard to determine what is causing this behavior. I would appreciate it if you could elaborate more on the scenario that you have.
Are there any custom styles applied to the RadTextBox control? If there are, would you try disabling them and see if the behavior changes. Is the text of the input control changed on an event? Does the button trigger postback or you are using JavaScript to open the RadWindow? Also would you let us know what is the version of the controls that you are using? If you could share your full code with the related code-behind we would have better understanding of your scenario.
