Hi

I Checked out the following link on creating the customised skin for using radstylesheetmanager control.

In this article,in the bottom ,while illustrating the usage of radstylesheetmanager control.
Can you please explain where has the "Telerik" Skin declared or so..

Please explain on what basis is the Skin = "Telerik".

Telerik skin is declared under the  \ Skins \ Telerik folder of your installation.
