Hello
I’m using RadScheduler and I’m getting an error when I hit the snooze button the second time.  I have past appointments that I snooze for 5 minutes but then, the reminder dialog pops up again immediately (did not wait 5 minutes) and it gives an error that says “Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'clone'”

I have inspected the behavior of the Reminder but could not reproduce such behavior. Here is a video of my test.

Would you please let me know what else should I add or what steps should I do in order to observe this error?

Hello there Plamen

I created a test project (attached) in which I have been able to reproduce the problem consistently. Once you run the project, the reminder dialog will appear and the first item on the dialog will be selected.  You snooze it with the default selected (5 minutes) it works fine, but then the dialog appears (did not wait 5 minutes) for a second time and no item is selected on the reminder dialog, if you click in the snooze button with no item selected on the reminder dialog, then it errors out.

(Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support property or method 'clone')

Noticed that if you select an item in the reminder dialog when it appears the second time, it will not error out. But this should not be the case.

I have another question. In my example I have another reminder “ScheduledTaskId = 964”, which does not show up it all in the reminder dialog. Why is that?
