RadScheduler AutoPostBack not supported

when I do my schedulername.AutoPostBack it seems AutoPostBack is not supported.
How do we do AutoPostBack with the RadScheduler. I do not see such a property.

Hello, from my limited experience, the Scheduler posts back for certain events such as: AppointmentInsert, AppointmentDelete, NavigationCommand, and AppointmentDataBound.

I would suggest looking at the examples here.
