I have a readScheduler, When I drag one task to another row/column.

Sometimes it is working, but it often returning to the dragged row, not to the actual destination.

Is it similar to this reported issue?

Do you know how to solve it?

Hello Connie,

The issue in the thread addresses a drag and drop between Scheduler and Grid, while yours is relying only on the built-in drag and drop functionality of the Scheduler to move appointments.

The appearance seems customized which might affect the built-in functionality. Would you please try to remove the custom logic and check if the issue persists? Also, please verify that the behavior is consistent across all browsers and there are no JavaScript errors in the browser console.

Attached you can find a sample project containing a Scheduler with XML data source. Would you please modify the attached project so that it better represents your scenario and replicates the issue? Then, you can send it back to us as an attachment of an official support ticket. That would allow us to investigate locally and help you more efficiently.

Once we have a resolution in the support thread, we can share the answer here, for convenience and better visibility from the community.

Regards,
