Hi Alan,
What is the exact browser that you use? Note that the "pdf export" has some limitations under IE6:

Hello Alan,
Are you using a custom skin?
Otherwise we verified the issue with missing image in the AppointmentTemplate. I logged it to our bug tracking system for further investigation, but i cannot give you an exact time frame when it will be fixed.

Hello Alan,
Thank you for the additional details. The skin issue is really strange. Do you reproduce it at our online examples?
Kind regards,

Hello Helen,
Could you tell me if the bug with the missing image when exporting the scheduler to PDF is always in your bug tracking system?
Is it present in the Public Issue Tracker? I can't find it and I would like to follow it.
Thanks!
Regards,
Cédric.
