I created a web part feature  that allows a usercontrol to be used in a web part (Not SmartPart). I used several of your code examples and they all work great...in Firefox... I cannot get the rotations to happen in IE. Just blank content.
Additionally, the only way to make a change to the xml and have it reflect is to change the name of the xml file. Otherwise no amount of cache cleaning, or IIS reseting will display the updated xml.
Any ideas?

Hi Brian,

We are aware of similar issue that occurs when the Width, ItemWidth, Heigh and ItemHeigh are not specified in the RadRotator's declaration and the items' sizes are not equal. Could you please make sure that above mentioned properties are set according to the size of the items? More details about configuration of these properties can be found in this forum thread.
In case that the suggested above did not help, please open a new support ticket and send me the code used in your project. I will check it and do my best to provide a working solution.

In reference to the second question : This problem is not related to our controls and you need to ask the administrator of the server to overcome this undesired behavior.

I hope this helps.

Hey Brian,

Care to share the source code or how you did this?

Thanks,
