Hi!

I'm using the RadRotator for a thumb Image Gallery. That image gallery is within a ajaxified form which has a navigation area that enables the user to, without posting back the entire page, go to the next, previous, last or first form record (not image gallery record!). I've noticed that if I open form record 1, which the images from the image gallery take several seconds to load, and try to go to any other form record the ajax event is not fired while at least one or two images of the gallery are fully loaded. I.e., if an image takes 15 seconds to load, the user will wait at least 15s until he navigates to the next form record.

Of course this timings where an exaggerated example. My intention is to don't let the user hanged until some image is loaded to change is record, even if it's a 1s wait. Are you aware of this issue? How do I work around it?

Regards,

Rodrigo S.

Hi Rodrigo,

Your scenario looks like it is a little bit complex and I need to take a look over your project in order to provide an adequate solution. Could you please open a new support ticket and send me a runnable project that reproduces the described behavior? I will check it and do my best to provide a working solution.

Greetings,

Hi!

I've made a minimized project to reproduce my problem and it worked fine. I'll have to look deeper in my original project.

Thanks.
