Radpanel bar inside raddock

Hello

i am using outlook panel bar in my page.
i want to kept it in a raddock.

but when i run this the

 

OnClientItemClicking () function in the panelbar is having some errors.
when i placed the panelbar outside the raddock it works correctly..
please help me..
